Soka Gakkai International—Student Association, also known as SGI-SA, is a Buddhist organization at the UHCL campus. SGI-SA’s goals are to share the opportunity of our Buddhism with the UHCL community and to strive for individual happiness and world peace. Through this, we hope to provide a strong support system for students.
SGI-SA is open to any student, staff, faculty, as well as, people from the community.
SGI-SA will hold monthly meetings, as well as on and off campus events. All meetings and events will be posted on the website and updated regularly. SGI-SA will work closely with the local Nasa Chapter, Bayside Harmony District, as well as the SGI—Houston Youth Division.
