Welcome to IEEE
Mission
The purpose of this organization shall be to enhance the education of students in the computer sciences fields at UHCL. The IEEE promotes the engineering process of creating, developing, integrating, sharing, and applying knowledge about electro and information technologies and sciences for the benefit of humanity and the profession. There are currently over 1,300 student chapters in 80 countries, with over 68,000 student members.
Membership Requirements: Membership is open to all UHCL students, undergraduate or graduate, pursuing a degree in one of the computer sciences programs.
