Job Posting Services
University Career Services offers internet access to part-time and full-time job listings, including on-campus, internship, and career-level positions. New listings are received daily. Interested job candidates may apply on-line. Log in to access JOBank and JobScan.
On-Campus Recruiting
Every semester, top corporations and organizations come to campus to interview students for internships and full-time jobs. UH also participates in several career fairs each semester. It’s a great opportunity to test your interviewing skills, meet potential employers, and land a great job. Be sure to mark recruiting events on your calendar
University Career Advisory Network (UCAN)
UCAN advisors come from a wide range of professions and experience levels and work individually with students on a variety of job-related topics. You might learn what a particular career is really like, how best to prepare for a given career, how to find a job in your field, and other useful career and job-search information.
Internship Program
Internships offer an excellent way to experience and evaluate a potential career while you are still in school. An internship can also help you develop professional references and contacts for future networking.
Career Workshops
Career Services facilitates workshops on topics including resume writing, interview techniques, internships, job search, and campus recruitment.
Career Resource Library
More than 600 career development and job search books, directories, and videos are available on reserve at the front desk of University Career Services. See a complete list here.
