Obtaining your myUH (PeopleSoft) ID

To obtain your myUH (PeopleSoft) ID :

1. Go to www.my.uh.edu
2. Click on the link, "Request My User ID."
3. Please read and accept the Terms and Conditions in order to proceed with the request.
4. Fill in all required information fields and click continue.
5. Answer the final verification question and submit your request.
6. Your web browser will automatically redirect to a page containing your myUH (PeopleSoft) ID.
7. Log on using your myUH (PeopleSoft)ID and password. For UH Students using a temporary password upon log-in; you will be immediately prompted to change your password.
8. To report problems retrieving your myUH (PeopleSoft) ID , please call (713) 743-1010 (M-F 8am-5pm).

Obtaining your myUH (PeopleSoft) Password

To obtain your myUH (PeopleSoft) Password:

1. Go to www.my.uh.edu
2. Click on the "Request a New Password" link.
3. Fill in your myUH (PeopleSoft) User ID and click continue.
4. Answer the user validation question and click the "Email New Password" button.
5. An automated email containing your new temporary password will be sent to either your mail.uh.edu account or your preferred destination email account. For information on how to access your mail.uh.edu email account, click here.
6. You will log on using your myUH (PeopleSoft)ID and new temporary password. Once you log on, you will be immediately prompted to change your password.
