Here at UHCL, we are committed to developing and cultivating the leadership potential that exists in each of us.

Last year, we welcomed more than 250 students and professional staff from universities and colleges all over Texas and Mexico, as we explored trends in leadership. Join us again this year and be inspired by our keynote speaker, participate in a variety of interest sessions that explore the many facets of leadership, and unlock the creativity that is key to your success. Seeing things through fresh, creative eyes is not a solo act; the most creative and transforming visions come from engaging with others and finding the synchronous or synergistic possibilities that result in true collaborations.
