Designed to provide advanced practical training in current techniques of molecular and cellular biology, including recombinant DNA technology, Southern and Northern analysis of nucleic acids, PCR, DNA sequencing and analysis using current computer programs, Western blotting etc. Intended for students who have prior background in molecular biology.
