Equipment Checkout

The UCT Support Center provides equipment checkout for faculty and staff. The equipment is on a first-reserve, first-serve basis. The following is a short list of equipment available for checkout:

• Projector and Laptop Cart (PLC)
• TV and VCR Cart (TVC)
• Audio Cassette Player/Recorder (ACP)

To reserve and checkout equipment:

• Call, email, or stop by the UCT Support Center, Bayou 2300, 281-283-2828 to make a reservation.
• Please provide the following information:
  • Name
  • Date
  • Time
  • Location of equipment use
  • Equipment needed
• Current UHCL ID may be required for identification.
• On the day or time of your reservation, please pick up and return the equipment to the UCT Support Center, Bayou 2300.
• Read the user agreement, sign your name, and provide a contact number on check out form.
