Human-Environmental Interactions: Understanding Change in Dynamic Systems

This year, UHCL will be represented by 4 student researchers/presenters. Research topics include salt marsh and water quality studies in the regions of Houston-Galveston, TX and the Central Amazon basin, Brazil.
UHCL-SETAC sold trees for Earth Day 2009 in front of the Alumni Plaza. A total of 50 trees were sold in this fund-raising event.

Meetings are held bi-monthly in the 3rd floor conference room (Bayou Building). Tuesday or Thursday are the preferential meeting days at 4:30 pm. Membership dues are paid annually.
UHCL Student Chapter members are encouraged to be student members in the Society of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry as well as student members of the South Central Regional SETAC ( http://www.setac.org/socentral/).
