Particular areas of study will focus on research design and analysis, statistics and measurement, models of language, developing reading programs, modern trends and survey of children’s literature, and critical reading and thinking. With the diverse cultural backgrounds of children in school today, our reading program stresses the importance of promoting multiculturalism within education and of developing inquiring and reflective minds through the discovery of literature.
