Residency Requirement
Every doctoral program must provide opportunities for regular interaction between students and faculty as well as among students. To achieve this goal, the THECB requires that doctoral students fulfill a Residency Requirement. Doctoral students are considered as being "in residence" if they are taking 9 or more hours of doctoral courses from their program.
