The Organizations Orientation/Policies and Procedures workshop is a two hour mandatory workshop for student organizations seeking to be recognized for the entire school year. It is only required that two officers attend this workshop once for the whole year. Officers do not have to attend on the same date.
We strongly encourage all officers to attend because this information is extremely important and valuable for the organization’s continuation and survival.
This year’s recognition deadline is: February 27, no exceptions. If officers are not able to attend any of the workshop dates listed below, you must contact the Coordinator of Student Life Organizations and Special Events to make special arrangements.
Notes: Workshop locations are subject to change. Should a workshop be cancelled due to low registration's, you will be sent an email 24 hours in advance.
IMPORTANT
Organizations that received recognition for Fall 2008 do not have to attend the following workshop again. All new organizations and previously recognized organizations seeking recognition must send at minimum 2 officers to this mandatory workshop to receive recognition.
