Welcome to 100 Mile Club

Get a buddy to exercise with you and start today!

The 100 Mile Club is an event that occurs each semester for 10 weeks that allows you to improve your fitness level by walking, running, biking or swimming up to 100 miles over the course of the session.

During each 10-week session, you should aim for 2 miles a day, 5 days a week. Work your way up to this goal. You might even be able to do more and finish before the session is over! Fitness is part of a healthy lifestyle and this is a great way to stay accountable to an exercise program.Best of all, it’s free! You can exercise anytime, anywhere and at a pace that is suitable to you.

Join by completing the 100 Mile Club online Application Form. Enter the miles you’ve logged and submit your form each week via email on the 100 Miles Distance Log. You will receive periodic emails with helpful hints and encouragement. You can join at any time, even if a session has already started. Prizes will be given to those who complete 100 miles in a 10-week session.
