There are two formats of your presentation: Poster Presentation and Oral Presentation
Posters offer you the opportunity to present your data and your work to your colleagues. They also provide you the opportunity to have one-to-one discussions with interested colleagues. Authors can present their papers or works by using a visual medium with key excerpts from the papers displayed on 60" x 84" wide free-standing bulletin boards. Poster presentations should incorporate illustrative materials such as tables, graphs, photographs, and large-print text. These materials and text should be clearly readable.
Suggested Overall Formats
Preferred: Single PowerPoint slide printed on a large format printer. Please click How to Create a Poster with PowerPoint
Alternative: Printouts of individual PowerPoint slides. Using glue sticks, glue each printed page to a piece of colored construction paper, leaving a 0.75” colored border on all sides. Use the same color construction paper throughout.

To prepare your talk, you should consider how best to get your points across to the audience. You will want to provide a clear introduction of your topic, clearly identify and fully support your main points, and reinforce your central idea in your conclusion. Don't forget to consider proper sentence structure, word usage, and vocabulary. Finally, do your best to make a professional presentation with effective use of eye contact, body movements, and vocal quality.
You will be provided a total of 15 minutes for your oral presentation, including questions and discussion. Practice your talk ahead of time, to make sure you do not go over the time limit. A moderator will let you know when you have five minutes left and one minute left.
You are required to arrive at least 15 minutes before the beginning of the session in which your paper is scheduled (not 15 minutes before your own paper) in order to register and to prepare your presentation. If you are making a PowerPoint presentation, you must bring your file on a CD-ROM or USB drive. You will not be able to log onto your university account to retrieve your presentation.
