UH-Clear Lake is the first university in the University of Houston System to partner with the Voluntary System of Accountability, a national initiative for public colleges and universities to communicate information on the undergraduate student experience through College Portraits.
The College Portrait is organized into three primary sections: 1) consumer information, 2) student experiences and perceptions and 3) student learning outcomes.
Data elements included in the College Portrait were identified and evaluated based on input from student/family focus groups, feedback from the higher education community, and research on higher education.
As an upper-level institution, UHCL’s undergraduate programs begin at the junior and senior year of the undergraduate experience. Some of the data elements that apply to traditional four-year universities do not apply to UHCL’s nontraditional programming. Click on the following link to view UHCL's College Portrait.
