Total Success Plus (TS+) is a mentoring program. The Office of Intercultural & International Student Services (IISS) recognizes that students can benefit from informal assistance from others. We have solicited mentors from the UHCL faculty and staff community who are dedicated in working with students one-on-one to provide extra support and encouragement. Students from any discipline can apply. The pairing process usually occurs at the beginning of each semester. Pairs are usually in the partnership from one to two semesters. We really hope that you find the TS+ Mentorship Program will assist you to be successful here at UHCL and beyond! 

Mission of the Program

Total Success Plus (TS+) at the University of Houston - Clear Lake is a mentoring program designed to provide support to undergraduate and graduate students (particularly underrepresented, first generation, and international students) academic, professional and personal endeavors through meaningful relationships with faculty and staff.

Fall 2008 Application Process & Dates

Please complete an application and submit it to Kara Kurczeski in the IISS office by Monday, September 8, 2008.  We prefer that you fill out and submit the application electronically to Kara at kurczeski@uhcl.edu.  However, if you need a paper copy, please visit the IISS office in SSCB 1.203.  We will try our best to create mentor partnerships based on the needs you requested in the application, however we cannot make any guarantees.  Mentor pairs will be announced at the meet n greet.  If you have any questions, please e-mail Kara or call 281-283-2578.
