REGISTRATION FORMS   
Print out and complete the applicable form, and present it with your JSC badge either at the UHCL Neumann Library Circulation Desk, or at the STI Center in Building 45 onsite at JSC. JSC civil servants and contractors with onsite access can fill out the form electronically by using the Civil Servant/Contractor link. (Please note: Temporary employees must get a signature, as specified on the form, and additional procedures may be required for temporary employees.)
