Will the Masters in Behavioral Science Psychology program prepare me to become a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)?
No. This program is not a Professional program. The Professional programs in the School of Human Sciences and Humanities at UHCL are:

How do I apply to the Undergraduate Psychology program?
The UHCL Admissions Office processes all the paperwork for an undergraduate student. To apply, first, file your application online at www.uhcl.edu (then go to the Future Student tab). On the application, indicate that your major will be Psychology. After you have done this, have all of your official transcripts sent to the Admissions Office. You should hear something from the University in a week or so after this.

We offer courses online at both the Undergraduate and Graduate level, but we do not currently offer a full degree online.
