Bayousphere    

The Signal, UHCL’s student newspaper, is published seven times a semester by communication students enrolled in the Newspaper Publication class.  It provides news to the campus community concerning university events and issues.  To view current and past issues, visit the Signal Web site at www.uhcl.edu/thesignal

Roger Roberts, assistant editor for The Signal, meets guest speaker Kinky Friedman at the Texas Intercollegiate Press Association Awards. Friedman is a songwriter, novelist and former gubernatorial candidate for the state of Texas.
