Required total number of hours: minimum of 60 upper level hours and a total 120 hours. For a degree in Applied Design and Visual Arts, 39 hours must be taken in art between upper and lower level credits, 27 credit hours must be taken in residence at UHCL. Lower level art courses may be substituted for certain courses as determined by a faculty advisor.
