Applications to the M.A. program or certificate-only option can be made at any point during the year. To receive priority consideration for the fall semester, applications should be submitted by April 15th. Priority consideration for the spring semester is October 15. Download the Program Application Packet for a detailed description of the program, prerequisites, curriculum and application process.

Step 2: Apply to the Behavior Analysis Program

- Program application form from the Program Application Packet
- Curriculum Vita (an expanded résumé describing previous education; all work experience; relevant course work and relevant volunteer activities; any honors, presentations, papers, avocations or other relevant life experiences).
- A Brief Essay of purpose and goals, not to exceed 1,000 words, stating reasons for wanting this degree and how it fits into career goals.
- Two Letters of Recommendation, at least one from an academic source. No form is required. Your references should give the letter to you with his or her signature and the date across the sealed envelope flap.
- Additional Copies of Transcripts from all colleges and universities previously attended (except University of Houston-Clear Lake transcripts which will be generated internally).
All documents must be sent in a single envelope to:
