Readings updated periodically as they change.
Directions: Go to Flood Data, select Rainfall Map ( http://www.hcoem.org/HCRainfall.aspx)
Hover on a rectangle to get an overview and select either the View Stream Level or
View Rainfall Data link to get details for that specific location.
Example: Click View Stream Level for B104 Horsepen Bayou @ Bay Area Blvd.to see staff gauge, stream elevation and water level graphic. Click View Rainfall Data for rainfall amounts. If you have difficulty clicking on a link, zoom in on the map or select a different location from the drop-down list at the top of a Stream Level or Rainfall Data page.
In addition to the Harris County interactive rainfall map, the home page has excellent local links to USGS water level maps for houston, National Weather Service, Ozone Levels, Traffic Map, School Alerts, Amber Alerts, Links to OEM Neighbors and describes The City of Houston 311 Service Helpline.
