Environmental managers are the professionals who identify and develop solutions for environmental problems in response to the need for cleaner air, water and land. Our M.S. in Environmental Management program prepares students to be leaders in their environmental careers whether in business, government, consulting or the non-profit sectors. Our curriculum reflects the interdisciplinary nature of the environmental profession and provides students with a strong knowledge base in environmental law, ethics, permitting and pollution control technology, while developing critical thinking and decision-making skills. Our flexible curriculum accommodates full-time students as well as practicing professionals. Our graduates lead environmental compliance departments, own environmental consulting firms and work as managers and specialists in state, local and federal agencies.
