B5007  Benefits    51000-51399    (for local cost centers - if there is a S&W budget, there must be a Benefits budget)   
B5008  Equipment    58000-58999     (expenditures in this range should be equal to or greater than $5,000)    
B5009  M & O    52000-57999; 59000-59999   
B5027  Bad Debt Expense    50025-50049
