Message from the Registrar
The Office of Academic Records strives to provide effective, accurate and timely services for all UHCL students, staff, faculty and administrators. It is responsible for the integrity of academic data for the institution and for the official reporting to state and federal agencies with regard to admissions, registration, records maintenance, and verification/certification purposes. Among the functional responsibilities of the Office of the Registrar are the following:
General information is provided to all UHCL students, faculty and staff, as well as to all prospective students and the general public. Publications available through this office are the Quick Reference Guide for Registration and Campus Information, the University Catalog and various enrollment forms. Transcripts are generally available upon request with a two-day turnaround at no additional charge during normal processing periods.
