Easy Access System for Enrollment
Request a UHCL Transcript
Five methods are currently available for current and former UHCL students to request a transcript. There is no cost for any method. Processing time is normally 3 business days, but during registration periods the processing time is 5-7 business days.
NEW! (SPEEDE) Electronically
Go to Academic Records.
Request Official Transcript.
Check Send Electronic transcript.
Select Receiving Institution.
Click Submit. Your transcript will be sent to the school within one to two business days.
Please note: (SPEEDE) Electronic Transcripts are not available for all schools.

Through the Internet
Via
E-Services. These requests will be mailed or can be held for pick-up.
In person
Come in to the Student Assistance Center located in room 1.101 of the Student Services Building on the UHCL campus. Request the transcript in writing and in person via the
Transcript Request Form.
By mail
You can fill out a
Transcript Request Form. Include information such as your name, Student ID or Social Security number, dates you attended UHCL, the number of copies, the address where you want the transcript sent, or whether you will pick up the transcript. Also, sign and date the request, and mail to:

Fill out a
Transcript Request Form. Include the same information contained above (by mail), sign and date the request. Fax to the Office of Academic Records at (281) 283-2530.
You may request to pick up the transcript yourself at the Student Assistance Center (SAC); however, you must bring a picture ID.
