Request a UHCL Transcript

Four methods are currently available for current and former UHCL students to request a transcript. There is no cost for any method. Processing time is normally 3 business days but during registration periods the processing time is 5-7 business days.

Through the Internet

• Via E-Services (formerly Ease Online).

In person

• Come in to the Student Assistance Center located in room 1.101 of the Student Services Building on the UHCL campus. Request the transcript in writing and in person via the Transcript Request Form.

By mail

• You can fill out a Transcript Request Form. Include information such as your name, Student ID or Social Security number, dates you attended UHCL, the number of copies, the address where you want the transcript sent, or whether you will pick up the transcript. Also, sign and date the request, and mail to:

• Fill out a Transcript Request Form. Include the same information contained above (by mail), sign and date the request. Fax to the Office of Academic Records at (281) 283-2530.

  You may request to pick up the transcript yourself at our office; however, you must bring a picture ID.
