The Clear Lake Association of Senior Programs (CLASP) was developed to provide education and intellectual challenge to the Senior Citizens in our area.
The Clear Lake Area is rich in people who have expertise in many subjects, including space, petroleum industry, shipping, finance, and of course the availability of UHCL and its resources.
In addition to the "Visions in Our Midst" Speaker Series, CLASP also provides short minicourses helpful to everyday living and to maintaining a healthy mind and body. Seniors, students, faculty, staff and community friends are invited to enjoy the challenge of learning about new and varied subjects.
CLASP's programs are free and open to the public.
For more information on CLASP, call the Office of Alumni and Community Relations, 281-283-2021 or e-mail clasp@uhcl.edu
