Reference Services Instructional Services

A librarian is on duty at the Reference Desk most hours that the library is open to

assist users with all types of information requests
answer questions on the library's resources and how to use them

In-library users take precedence, but brief questions may be submitted

by phone (281-283-3910) (if we're busy, please leave a voicemail message; we'll call back as soon as possible, usually within thirty minutes).

via our website, using the Ask a Reference Question form. (normally answered within 24 hours, Monday through Friday).

Neumann Library also offers individual reference appointments to students, faculty, and staff who would like one-on-one instruction or assistance with library resources.
