The Subjective Integration of Diversity:
A Reflective Approach to Internship Training

Presenters will discuss the value of utilizing a subjective, reflective small group experience in fostering insights into one’s own diversity as well as appreciation for the diversity of others.
Program Learning Outcomes:
Participants will:
- Learn about a unique approach to diversity training of pre doctoral interns, using creativity, interpersonal process and small group social interaction.
- Integrate the importance of subjective awareness in incorporating diversity in an internship training model.
- Discuss ways of accessing personal diversity.
